Having been a general contractor for over 40 years I knew what t expect. So for me to say was highly impressed with the service I received is saying a lot. The job was done in a timely professional manner. The workers were considerate and professional. I highly recommend Bluerock to anyone.

Our oven would not heat up. I tried another company that I normally use and they were out two weeks. With Christmas just days away and we had a ton of cookies to make this as disheartening. I posted it to see who could help. A few got back to me but their service fee just to come out was ridiculous. Mike from Blue Rock called and said he could come out the next day. He gave me a price of what he thought it might be. It was a little bit higher than the other company’s service fee. He was out in the morning and we were back on schedule. Great service and very professional!!! Thanks Mike !!

Mike was very professional from the time I enquired about a new heater. He was very knowledgeable about different heaters and gave me expert advice with detail. I so appreciated his excellent customer service and professional demeanor. He was very personable when dealing with my sister and me as his customers. I don't normally leave reviews, but Blue Rock Mechanical deserves one. Mike was great. Got me a quote fast to replace my boiler and gave all the information that I would need and answered all my questions. Professional, polite, and honest, was my experience with them. Price was lower than other quotes and they did a stellar job! Would definitely recommend anyone to use them going forward.
